Sonia Khandjian supports the Adhesives business in Dow Packaging & Specialty Plastics in product safety and regulatory matters and serves as the REACH focal point. Sonia joined Dow in 2007 with the Rohm & Haas acquisition and in her 30+ years career held various roles in the EH&S organization, supporting different businesses and products of diversified chemistries. Sonia chaired and was member of several working groups in Industry Trade Associations/Sector Groups. Currently she is Member of FEICA work groups and since 2010 chairperson of the food contact working group at the Italian Chemical Federation (Federchimica).

Claire Doskey joined Dow in 2018 to support several Dow businesses by evaluating the safety of the use of their chemistries in different products, many of them used in food contact applications. This involves the planning, generation and review of toxicology and/or environmental information pertinent to Dow materials produced, used, or those being researched and developed. Claire earned her doctorate in Human Toxicology from the University of Iowa and completed a postdoctoral research fellowship in toxicology at Michigan State University.

 

Izzat Midani joined Dow in 2012 in the Commercial Development Program (CDP) and since held several sales and marketing roles for Dow Packaging & Specialty Plastics in the Middle East, Africa and Turkey region, contributing to the growth of the business in this developing region. He assumed his current marketing responsibility in 2018 being accountable for the long-term commercialization of innovation of the adhesives segment in the whole EMEA region. Izzat holds a B.A. in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University, USA.

Jarod Davis leads a global team of product stewards that enable product development, ensure compliance with product regulations, characterize and manage product risks, and engage customers and external stakeholders on product inquiries.

Jarod joined Dow AgroSciences (DAS) in 1999 as an EHS Delivery Specialist in Pittsburg, CA, and since held several roles in Public Policy, Regulatory leadership and sustainability. He holds a B.S. in Environmental Management from Louisiana State University and earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Tulane University School of Law with Specialization in Environmental Law.

Leading Dow’s toxicology department, Scott Arnold manages a team of global product safety scientists to support global product registrations, product stewardship, early product development and research to define health & environmental risks and sustainable chemistry practices.

Prior to Dow, Dr. Arnold worked at the Alaska Division of Public Health (ADPH) and as an Environmental Engineering company as a toxicology/risk assessor. Scott Arnold holds a B.S. from Colorado State University in Environmental Health and a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Environmental Toxicology.
