  • If you purchase product(s) via DISTRIBUTOR, please contact your distributor informing them of your needs. The distributor must SUBMIT the request on your behalf, as DIRECT customer of DOW.
IMPORTANT:
 please note that if product for which you are applying OR-T coverage for GB-REACh contains substances covered by DUINs (Downstream User Import Notification) the Import Certificate issued to the importer is only valid if the importer can prove to UK REACH enforcement authorities that he actually complies, for this product with the provisions of Article 127E of the REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, and its subsequent amendments.
